Idaho Child Custody Investigations
Child Custody cases are a sensitive and emotional ordeal for all involved.
There is so much more involved in this type of case then just having an investigator follow the suspected spouse, and take a few pictures.
The courts are not going to change the custody rights of a parent for a single incident, a pattern of life style and behavior must be established.

Important Things To Know
- You might want to consider speaking with an attorney. You may not even need to hire a private investigator if the attorney thinks he/she has enough evidence to win your case.
- If you find that you need an investigator to assist you, hire one that has the ability and experience to do a competent background check on all the individuals involved close to the child. A background investigation involves more than just going to a pay site on the internet and typing someone's name in.
- Use an investigator that has a knowledgeable background in surveillance, obtaining evidence, the proper documentation of the evidence, and trial experience so you can use that evidence.*
*An investigator that has been involved in the court system will know what the courts will require for you to win your case. And an investigator that has been involved in the same court system in which you are involved in is an even better edge for you to win.
