Stuart is a retired Idaho Department of Law Enforcement Investigator that is highly respected in Idaho for his investigative and management abilities. Over his 32 year career with the Department, he specialized in homicide investigations and major crimes, supervising cases in both the Idaho State Courts and the 9th circuit of the United States Federal System. Stuart has specialized training in crime scene reconstruction, surveillance, interviewing, DNA, trace evidence and witness statement analysis. He has worked for both Defense Attorneys and Prosecutors since his retirement. Stuart is still a certified instructor in crime scene investigation and evidence collection with the Idaho Police Officer Academy. He has been on Nancy Grace, 20/20, 48 hours and on Fox News with Geraldo Rivera.
